The financial institution KfW Bank for Reconstruction supports your energy-saving project and the necessary measures by granting low-interest loans up to 50.000 Euros. (limited to residents in Germany)

To make your house eligible for the KfW-60 incentive program, it is necessary to fulfil the following 2 basic requirements:

First, the primary energy consumption per year shall not exceed 60 kWh per square meter building floor area.

Second, the quality standards of the thermal insulation of your new house: the specific transmission heat loss, related to the heat transmitting surface area of the building, must be at minimum 30% below the limit value specified in the EnEV (German Energy Saving Ordinance).

Passive House -2

The passive-house is your personal declaration of independence from the heating oil dealer! The passive house consumes per definitionem an annual rate of only 1.5 litres heating oil per square metre, and has nearly no impact on the environment.
It has no more conventional heating and heat distribution system, as the required heat is provided by the comfort ventilation system.


The financial institution KfW Bank for Reconstruction supports your energy-saving project and the necessary measures by granting low-interest incentive loans up to 50.000 Euro (limited to residents in Germany).

To be eligible for this financial incentive, the project must fulfil the following planning requirements: Consequent orientation of the building to the south. Compact, energy-efficient shape of the building. Accurate adaptation of the basement to the 1.5-liter house design.

Thermal insulation of the building:
Extremely airtight house design with super-insulated envelope (30 cm of porous concrete brick wall + 20 cm thermal insulation). Implementation of triple thermal insulation glazing filled with noble gas for all windows and doors. Highly insulated window frames, thermally insulated exterior roller shutters, special interior plaster on walls with latent heat storage capacity.
