Our ready-mix concrete plant has been founded and integrated in the company in 1965.

Therefore we are among the pioneers in the ready-mix concrete business. By using state-of-the-art technologies, we transform raw materials as cement, additives and concrete admixtures to high-performance mixed concretes that fulfil your individual demands. These products meet all the requirements concerning durability, strength and building physics within the finished structural element.

Our range of standard concrete qualities covers most common applications in structural and civil engineering, in tunnelling and hydro-engineering projects.

Apart from standard concrete qualities we also produce special concretes on request, as e.g. heavy concrete, fibre reinforced or granulate concrete, and surface paving mixtures.

Our heavy concrete qualities applied for the construction of radiation protection buildings, are produced using our own concrete mix formulas. We deliver concretes of bulk densities up to 5.3 to/m³ directly toyour construction site - all over Germany.

If your project requires special concrete properties as e.g. a high early strength or resistance to wear, we develop the appropriate concrete mix formula together with our test laboratories.

We implement the following concrete quality control procedures:
 

• Our own in-house control as inspection class "W" under the supervision of certified national inspection authorities
• Our constructions sites are subject to external quality controls by the LGA certification office (Germany), applying the “Monitoring Classes type 2 and type 3".
