Energy-efficient KfW-60 house: continuously rising prices for heating oil and gas give home owners a hard time. Our company already made one step ahead, developing and designing our low-energy houses that allow you and future generations to become more and more independent from oil and gas in your own house.
The financial institution KfW Bank for Reconstruction supports your energy-saving project and the necessary measures by granting low-interest loans up to 50.000 Euros. (limited to residents in Germany)
To make your house eligible for the KfW-60 incentive program, it is necessary to fulfil the following 2 basic requirements:
First, the primary energy consumption per year shall not exceed 60 kWh per square meter building floor area.
Second, the quality standards of the thermal insulation of your new house: the specific transmission heat loss, related to the heat transmitting surface area of the building, must be at minimum 30% below the limit value specified in the EnEV (German Energy Saving Ordinance).
